From Budapest to Zürich

Hello there,

Me and my girlfriend will be moving to Zürich at the end of this month/beginning of the next, as I've won an internship.

We're both really excited about moving there, and the forum helped a lot so far, so instead of just lurking around, we thought we'd say hi.
We still need to find a place to stay (but I guess the company will help), and to find a job for her.

The social section seems a nice way to get to know ppl in the area

So greetings from Hungary (at least for now)!

Hello Albatros! Welcome to the forum.

That made me realize I was going to make goulash this week, yay...

Haha, that's one of my favourite foods

Can you get everything to make it? Especially red pepper? (Dunno the exact english name for it.) I heard it's not really available.

Re: From Budapest to Zürich

I was able to find the red paprika powder, yes. Even a really hot version, too. Hot or mild. But I still use my own giant bag of goulash spice I import from Prague . It's cheaper.

The meat quality here is fantastic.
