Hello hello

Hello,

I recently got married and moved from Southern Cal to Basel. My german is non existent and my French is the same. I was excited to see we had this English forum, and wanted to stop bye and say hello

Im going to learn French first since at this point it seems the easiest to me. Thank you I will check out the list of activities!

Enjoy your time here! If you have the time available, go for at least one intensive course to start - get your language up to where you can at least attempt to use it in public!

If you are in Basel, it would be better to learn German although it is not easier. It will help you find a job more easily.
