Moving to Zurich

Dear all

My husband and I currently live in Geneva but he is changing job so we will be moving to Zurich in mid April. We have still got to find somewhere to live. I don't want to live in the city but we need to be somewhere that he can get public transport to work easily. Does anyone have any recommendations? As I am pregnant and not all that well with it I have decided not to find a job but to rest and give this little one the best possible chance. Would be great to meet up with some mums to be in the area
Many thanks

Laura

Laura, there are loads of places in Zürich which are great for families and with fantastic transport links. Where do I even start?

If you could give us an idea of where his new office is, his maximum preferred commute time, what kind of places you're looking for, your budget - fellow Zürichers will be able to tell you if its realistic?

Good luck on the move.
