Moving to Bern

Hi All,

I am new here at this forum and at Switzerland.

I'm from Brazil and I'm currently moving with my family to work with software development in Bern. We didn't arrive yet, but tips and suggestions are really welcome.

I already ready some posts and this forum is really great! I'm sure that I'll have a great help from you all!

Best regards,

Ivo

Re: Moving to Bern

Hi And Welcome...

Make sure you get somewhere to live...i found it very hard to find a decent place here in Bern...and now that i have one finding a new one is even harder!

Get your Health Insurance sorted and your Ausweiss...

In addition be careful with the costs for stuff i.e. by land lords etc...
