Just moved this weekend to Schaffhausen from London - has been perfect weather to explore the local area and Zurich

Into all things outdoorsy, though think it was a touch ambitious bringing my snowboard with me...

Anyway, just wanted to say hi and look forward to meeting people at various social events coming up

Hi, I'm working in Schaffhausen but going home next weekend. I've been here nearly 3 weeks now and have been asked to seriously consider relocating, offer kind of on the table, just negotiating now. I've been all around the area this weekend trying to work out where I'd like to live and looked at an apartment this morning although I didn't like it.

Have you found somewhere to live already, my colleague's tell me it's not easy. I really like the old town (minus is it's hard to find one with a balcony and plenty of space) and the Breite area although not much is available up there.

How are you finding it so far?

I've only been here since Friday evening and am in a serviced apartment for the time being - heard its not easy to find somewhere but hopefully something'll turn up. First day in a new job tomorrow so looking forward to that - exciting times!

Got back home last night after my 3 weeks in Schaffhausen and missing it so much. Now seriously considering taking up my employer's offer of relocation, final decision to be confimed mid-April.

I think I met the Zak's Friday night group at last year's World Cup Final in the Cross Box - was that the same group? I'll definitely be joining you when I move over. (whoops did I say when and not if there )

yes we were at crossbox for the world cup matches last year, we should be heading back there once the weather warms up so look out for us, (or zaks if it stays cold lol)

Got the approval today, I'm moving to Schaffhausen!!!!! I'll be moving either July or August depending on how quickly I can get things organized. See you at the Cross Box for Friday Night drinkies

Crackerjack are meeting in the CrossBox now it's summer. I'm still in the UK, moving over in July.

Hi Weeksy. Just found out I can't move into my apartment until October which is a pain as I start work on 1st August. Would you mind sending me details of serviced apartments as I can't find anything online. I'm not sure whether to pull out or find something temporary forn2 months.
