Geneva couple - not so new!

Hello All,

By way of a brief introduction, my fiance & I have been in Geneva for 2 & 2 1/2 years respectively and very much enjoy living here.

We're both from the UK (me: 28 yrs old from Yorkshire; him: 25 yrs old from Somerset) and, unusually, met in Geneva in a nightclub and will marry this summer.

Mr. Conway is a languages graduate, speaking fluent French & German which brought him to Geneva; I, meanwhile, am a Maths graduate, speaking some French and working for a multinational that moved me here.

Look forward to "meeting" you on this forum.

Hello, Conways!

My husband (Frenchman) and I (US) have been visiting France, and are moving to Geneva/Annemasse in June. We also met in a nightclub in the US almost 5 years ago. During our visit together to France I fell in love with Geneva, and we are looking to make the transition as soon as possible. Lucky you that the paperwork was taken care of by your job! I am in the midst of doing so now...
