He is finally coming back to live in ZH after living abroad far too long. He knows some people there but not many.By adding what he already knew (not much), to what he reads on EF (a lot) and actually committing to long term memory (again quite little), he is able to weigh up pros and cons of returning to Switzerland.

Disadvantages (temporary) :

Frequent mixing up of Swiss German and German.
A foreign drivers license.
No job.

Advantages :

Impeccable manners.
Swiss nationality.
Accommodation.
A common Swiss name that is difficult to misspell.
A good haircut.

There are always points that are unable to be shoehorned into one of the two categories, more so when Switzerland is concerned.

A dislike to pets.
A wife.
A sense of humour.
