Old Timer. possibly Lifer

Hi. I've been living in Zurich twice, for a total of 20 years. I love the country: hiking in fine weather is bliss to me. It's funny how time just goes by, living here... Everything works, it's easy. And suddenly 7 more years pass, and I find myself staying in Switzerland. I now watch this happen to others who get past 3 years! I tried living without a car this second time, and still don't have one. The GA works for me. Speaking German really helps too. Learn a little, you'll remember those super-long street names better!

Welcome to the forum! The GA is an excellent thing ( bloody costly though but worth it in the long run ) for worry free travel ( except for the Nachtzuschlag ).

Hi, welcome. My car cost less than a GA, what can I say.

You know, I just want to offer some free furniture, as I'm moving next month, but I'm not allowed to post a thread in the Marketplace until I've had 10 posts. I don't usually hang out at forums
I'm following instructions here...
