Smashog has no particular reputation at present
starting to miss things from home already!

I only moved over a week ago and already im craving things i cant get here!! Im very used to being able to walk down town for a cup of coffee or just call over to one of my girlfriends houses for a good chin wag! Although i have my boyfriend with me we have very little money at the moment so cant really go out and enjoy ourselves, we are currently living with my mother, stepdad and little brother and sister, which i havnt lived with in seven years!! im finding it quite hard!! I know our move was for the best and this is such a beautiful country but i feel as though we are stuck and cant do anything without it costing a bomb! If anybody has any ideas on how we can pass our time for the next few weeks im all ears!!

Hello and welcome here!

Try checking out local message boards, Migros usually have them, Ikea, too. During summer, some jardin d'enfant and day cares close, so a fun sitter could be very handy to some parents. Sitting, pet sitting, too. Make some nice flyers and off you go.

Good luck.
