We've been following various threads on the EF for a while now, and would like to officially register and introduce ourselves:


My partner and I are from South Africa, have lived for a few years in Kentucky, USA where we completed our graduate studies, and moved to Basel (Riehen) in 2006/7. We’re a “mature” lesbian couple (in our 40’s and been together for 21 years), both employed, and enjoy the gentler side of things. Hope to meet other like-minded people on the EF.

Riehen is a lovely area - although not quite as stunning as South Africa.
The gay community here seems pretty small, but I am sure you will meet a lot of friends - gay and straight - via the forum.
