Re: Moving to Bern in August

Hi Bettomor,

I'm afraid I don't know that teacher (and even if I did I would only give my opinion in a pm, not in public here.) Usually all the language schools give you the option, if you ask, of trying one lesson (a "Probelektion") before you sign up to see if the level of the class suits you. I must admit though that I've usually just jumped in and hoped for the best.

W.

a.contardi,

Sorry to hijack your message, but I am looking for a work hour friendly volkschule for German. I heard about this one before but don't know if it's good, so it's good to learn that you recommend it. I'll stop by them on Monday to check it out. But I am very anxious to know whether they hold weekend classes or late night classes.

Thanks.
Hello

The schedule you can check online for the level you are planning to join. I did the A0 and A1 and they are indeed very good (or i got very lucky with the teachers, could also be ). They should ask you to make a test of 30mn to check in which class you belong.

Hope it works out
a.c.
