New To English Forum

I am From India and In Switzerland from last 4 years , but It's Very Stupid of me that till now i haven't created account in English Forum .

And Now when i need it , i Don't know how to use it ?
Any Important how to use links ?
e.g. Want to sale few things , but don't know how and where to post them , how to start all this ?
