Hello Neuchatel

Hi,

my name is Andrew. Just moved to Neuchatel yesterday. definitely enjoying the view and the tranquility of this city, and what it has to offer. however, not knowing any french, it would be nice to get together with some ppl that understand english.

alittle about myself. I am 28, raised in taiwan, studied in Pittsburgh, worked in boston, and now enrolled in WOSTEP watchmaking school for the next 2 years.
enjoys cycling, even brought my bike over. hope to meet some of you soon.

cheers!

Re: Hello Neuchatel

Welcome to my home town. Yes- check our planned bbq Val-de-Travers walk and munch, which will happen next Sunday. One of our members here as a husband who studied at the watchmaking school in the 70s - it is excellent and the industry is doing so well at the moment. Hope to meet you next Sunday.

definitely enjoying the view
Well, if you're enjoying the view on a day like today, just wait till we get one of those evenings where the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau and Mont Blanc all seem to be within touching distance

Re: Hello Neuchatel

The very best Alp views are in the autumn, when there is no haze, and it feels like you could just reach out and pick them up. With of course the wonderful autumn colours of the Jura behind. But hey, lets enjoy the Summer first (mind you Summer was in June!).
