New to Basel

Well yet another company transfer for my wife has brought us to call Basel our new home. My Wife and I have 2 boys ages 5 and 6 that will attend SIS this year. I'm usually alone or with my children as you can image so I suspect you will see me posting here and there as things interest me and look forward to any contact from those of you looking to pass the time.

Oh and we are American but have lived in Germany the last 20 Months.
I can speak only English though my wife and kids speak both English and German rather well.

Re: New to Basel

Welcome to Basel.

There's plenty of family friendly events that take place here so you should have enough to keep you busy!

Looking forward to meeting you at one of the events someday

Re: New to Basel

Thank you all for the warm welcome. These events sound nice. I will keep an eye out for something during the daytime just as soon as I can get my kids back into school

Freedom between the hours of 8:30AM - 2:30PM .. got to love it.
