personal growth and life in Switzerland

Hello out there to English speakers in Switzerland! Nice to have discovered this forum and to be able to talk to others in English! I have just moved here a couple weeks ago and am living with teachers of a meditation practice in a small community called Einsiedeln. We teach a meditation practice called Ascension, which is really cool and very effective. I love it and love to share it with others. It has been great fun meeting people interested in spiritual practices and to see that pretty much anywhere you go, there is always interest in expansion of consciousness. Would love to meet others with similar interests and hear about their views! Surya

Welcome to the forum! Sounds fascinating what you are doing. Is this the right link to read about this type of meditation?
I've been planning to visit Einsiedeln for a long time. I think it's time I finally did.

Re: personal growth and life in Switzerland

Hi! No, that is not the right link. This is the link: www.theishayafoundation.eu. Actually, there are courses on Ascension in different places in Switzerland. This weekend (Aug. 19-21), there is a weekend course in Basel (the meditation practice is taught in a weekend format) -this course will be bi-lingual (Swiss-German and English). Thanks for the welcome too!
