Hi guys and gals.

I'm 27 years old from Malta and just moved to Basel for my new job. Will be living here for the next three years hopefully... Might be less or might even be more. City looks like a great area. Bit difficult to make friends with the locals due to the language barrier.

Anyway, I am new to this forum, and hopefully by the end of it all, I would have met some great people.

(I think) Basel is one of the best cities in Switzerland to live! Not that I am bias or anything but I have lived in Lausanne, Zürich and now Basel. Basel IS the best!

I have family from Malta too... it's a beautiful place and the people are so friendly, I hope it's the same here!
