Another British Man abroad

I have just arrived Zurich . I have known of this move since May/June 2011. I have found this forum helpful since the idea of a move was first floated. Thanks to all posters and the admin guys. Was not born in the British Isles, but have lived/worked in the UK for years now. Zurich is the next stop in life of this Army barracks brat (dad was in the Armed Forces). I hope to try and come to some forum related events. Thanks

Re: Another British Man abroad

Welcome to the forum. I'm glad it's already been helpful for you.

As for the events you could take a look at this - (Unofficial) Drinks at the Viadukt Markthalle (Part Deux)

It can be big, it can be small. Tip - it's best to turn up at the British cheese stall at around 7-7:30pm otherwise it could be hard to find people later. Watch that thread every Thursday to get an idea of who's turning up.
