Hello/ "Hoi"

Hello, I am sought fondant in the www and I found this forum .

I live since 1999 in Switzerland. My hobbies are Scrapbokking, Cardmaking, Quilting, baking, to be a mum... I love to try recipes from here or there. I come from Germany and I have sometimes trouble with the English baking norm, like oz or °F or ingrediens ... Maybe I can help you with German name for ingredients.

You can see, that English isn't my motherlanguage, but I hope you can understand, wath I mean. Feel free to contact me, if you have any questions.

Welcome.
Your English is a whole lot better than my German, and it will improve in no time if you keep posting here.

Hi and welcome.
There are some members who are interested in quilting and starting a group.

do you quilt.....or want to?

This might be nice as perhaps your German skills would be helpful to them, not to mention it is also a nice way to meet some new people.

I would really like a recipe for the cheescake found in Germany, it is baked I think, very light, and it is unlike any cheescase I have found here. My favourite is the cheescake at the bakery in front of Obi in Waldshut.
