New to the forum

I've been living in Switzerland for the last 11 years, but I'm moving to Basel in a few months. I thought this would be a great way to get to know people and/ or the area.

So yeah... Hello!

Hi and Welcome to Basel. I hope you have loads of fun here and enjoy the wonderful lifestyle. Good luck. If you fancy meeting up for a coffee/beer my hubby and I would be glad to meet you somewhere. Sarah

I like art, when I have the time I like to draw, paint or visit exhibitions. I'm also a dressmaker by trade but I don't sew that much anymore.

In March I'm moving to Basel and in September I'll be starting Business school.

I'm half Swiss and have lived in the romand part of Switzerland since I was young but I still do not know how to ski, and only learnt two years ago how to make a correct fondue.

Other hobbies include yoga that I've doing for about 2 years and I've recently joined a gym in hope to get fit enough to start running (outside) next summer.

......but I still do not know how to ski....

Don't worry, it's fun and easy to learn, all we need now is some good snow (or something else to lubricate the hills )
