Newbie

Hi everyone, not really sure how all this works, but love the idea, so hopefully I get the hang of it.
Basically, Im looking to move to Geneva next year, with my Boyfirend. He is from geneva and has been working here for a year.
We both want to move over there permanently as I am in love with the place and the Gelati

Re: Newbie

Hi and Welcome,

Basically, this is a forum for people who live in Switzerland and speak English.

If you have a question relating to you pending arrival..... make good use of the "Search Function" at the top right of the screen.

If you feel that the threads are a little old, or not relevant, go to the "FORUMS" on the tool bar above (top left). Find a thread group that suits and find the "NEW THREAD" button on top.

Someone will be along shortly to answer your question.

Hot topics to stay away from are:
  • How much do I need to live here
  • Religion
  • Why is Switzerland different to where I'm from

Everything else including Visa information, rental information, food and social related topics are extensively covered.

Mostly people just dribble their thoughts on here, so it's a lot of fun...... enjoy
