Hi all,
I'm from Taipei, Taiwan and moved to St. Gallen about 5 months ago, been working as an English-Chinese translator. Found Swiss people cold & distant in the beginning but once you get to know them, they are acutally really nice people, in general. I enojy the beautiful scenery, the farm animals and the people I meet here but can't handle this cold weather very well as I was used to the hot & humid weather in Phuket, Thailand for almost 6 years, I'm all wrapped up like a Michelin while my colleagues are still in T-shirts and shorts.

I like reading, writing, watching movies and discovering cool bands, and would love to meet up with expats/locals in St. Gallen.

This forum is really useful and a great platform to meet new people, thanks for that!
