My family and I just moved to Lausanne from the States. Originally I am from Armenia, and my husband is Ukrainian, and we have a 3 years old daughter who was born in Texas. My husband undertook a postdoc position at EPFL, so that's is the reason of our move. I do not work yet at the moment, but I will be starting to look for a job starting may be from January, if I manage to get daycare situation solved for my daughter. I used to work at Dell when in US.

I am looking to meet new people as well as playmates form y daughter. She speaks 3 languages, and we are looking to introduce her (and us) to French.

We are a 35 year old Irish-Peruvian couple with 3 year old boy. We are both seeking short-term emergency accomodation now until we find jobs in International Business in Lausanne region and get into the system officially here. I arrived here on 23rd Jan and have noticed that jobs are scarce but not impossible to find.
