Hello to all,

I know I have done this in the wrong order (posted first and now an introduction), however better late than never.

I originally moved over to Zurich in May, internal move within the company, same job just a different location. I did have a look at the forum before I moved over and found a lot of useful information, so many thanks to all the previous contributors as I seemed to find most of the info I needed.

About me, well I was born in Dublin (Italian parents) and after I finished at university I moved to London and ended up staying there 11 years. I was given this opportunity to move over so I decided I needed a new adventure.
I enjoy music, photography, film and travelling and have taken advantage of the excellent location Zurich is in. When the weather is good I also like to get out for motorbike rides through the mountains (managed 2 this year) and will join the ride outs for 2012.

I also had the fun of looking for an apartment and getting turned down for everyone I applied for and then finally found one in Altstetten, very close to Letzipark.

Work has been super manic for the last couple of months so not had much of a chance to attend any social events but am going to make an effort to get out and start meeting some of you.
