Moving to Lugano

Hi there,
I am an Australian and will in Lugano mid May for a few months visiting friends and want to study Italian. Preferably in a small group or private tutor.
I am also wanting to buy a used car under 5000 chf
Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have a BMW M3 that i'm looking to sell. Also if you need a flat with furniture, please let me know. Hiaving relocated to Switzerland last summer, I moved into a gorgeous flat, and fully furnished it. Unfortunately now I am leaving Switzerland, and therefore my apartment, and all my furntiure, bedding, kitchenware, lightening. However, this is a great opportunity for anybody just about to relocate to Lugano. All the furntiure can be bought from me at an agreed price - the flat would be completely ready to move into with no need to spend 6 weeks back and forth to Ikea!. Thank you for the response ... I have however secured an apartment.. but may be interested in your car... Can you give me some details as to age, condition and Price.
I am also not certain of the law when it comes to buying an auto in Switzerland ..as i am only there a few months to study Italian. Best regards, N
