Moving soon

Hi
I will be moving to Switzerland soon and wanted to find out what you all think of life there? I visit fairly often as I have family there and hope that I will be able to better my career there. I think the schooling will also be better for my boys as well as the skiing.

Please let me know if you are all doing well as I have a fairly stable situation here and am nervous to move even if the salaries and career prospects are better. I keep saying to myself do it now before you get to old and you can't move.

Anyway hope to here from some of you soon.
Cheers

Re: Moving soon

Hello, in my experience, the country is beautiful, the people are generally friendly, and the quality of life is very high. It is, however expensive here, but depending on where you are coming from, it might not be so shocking.

Good luck whatever you decide!

Re: Moving soon

I shouldn't worry. There's plenty of outdoor activities for you and the kids, skiing, hiking and walking, cycling, riding so you'll be busy if you want. And if you have family here then you have some idea of what it's like to live here. Take the opportunity at hand and make the most of it.

Re: Moving soon

Hi

Thanks for the reply you two, sorry it took me so long to get back to you but I am new to these kind of chats on the net. I am sure all will be ok. I am really excited because our qualifications are accepted there not like here in France.

Take care
Thanks
