Manchester to Adliswil

Hello all! Am due to relocate to Adliswil with my wife and two children in Jan '08. We are all looking forward to our new adventure and can't wait to get there. I came across this site thanks to David Hampshire of Living and Working in Switzerland fame and hope you don't mind me joining the community. Look forward to chatting with you all soon!

Welcome ZB. Even though you hail from the wrong side of the Pennines

You'll find plenty here to help you settle in

Re: Manchester to Adliswil

Welcome to Switzerland have a sventastic time. I would nip down to Albert Square in the next 3 weeks to get aclimatised (I think the girls from Pratteln/Zug are there doing Raclette again this year).

Swissdevils are mainly SG based, there is a Forza FCUM Zurich branch though. (Don't think you'll be interested in either of these)

Good luck mate

Re: Manchester to Adliswil

Hi,
We're orginally from Cheshire, and moved just over a week ago to Zurich. It's cold here and haven't seen to much rain since being here lol. My husband works in IT and we have two boys 7 and 3.
Adiswil seems like a nice place not to far from Zurich and the public transport over here is excellent. Allow we've not been in Zurich to long I can recommend to do as much research as possible and bring all your winter woolies with you lol.
