New to Forum and to Switzerland

Hello,
I am completely new to Switzerland. originally from India and have lived in Dubai for the last 18 years or so. My job has brought me here to Switzerland and am working and staying about 45 mins from Zurich in a place called Schindellegi.
I chanced accross this forum by chance and am hoping to meet new friends here in Switzerland as i am completely lost here without knowing anyone.

Hi Albert, well at least you live in a nicer part of Switzerland than myself, Schindellegi is not far from Horgen, I often ride througt on my way to Einsiedeln and Sattel on my H D.

Thanks for the welcome. Yes Schindellegi is a real place. But as family is not here in Switzerland it is kinda boring and to make matters worse i dont know any one out here other than the office colleagues. But getting used to the place. Need to start furnishing the house etc whenever i am in town so i guess it should try and keep me busy some what.

Schindellegi is close enough to Zurich to avoid having to sit at home and be bored.

Come to the Bling Bar tonight, or the Wednesday night drinks at the Talacker bar (...on Wednesday!), just check the calendar and come along!!

Try and hit the last train to avoid the massive taxi faire.
