new to the forum, not so in Switzerland

Hi, I came from Monterrey, Mex to Switzerland in may 2006 but just now registering in the forum!

For a short presentation, I live in Biel with my wife (both 25, we just got married last December) and work for a large building materials company.

My wife is new to the country and is looking to get admitted in a good music school to continue her singing studies (any recommendations from other singers are welcome!)

Welcome ..

A colleagues wife is into performing arts, dance, singing etc. I know she studies at a school here in Bern, so I can ask about this & drop you a PM in a few days (I am playing billiards with him Wednesday .. )

The only hiccup I would see is language ... does she speak German ?

Re: new to the forum, not so in Switzerland

Thanks for the welcome; my wife speaks some French but keine Deutsch yet; The problem seems to be that all the professors she has met have the "German" music school, which anyway was to be expected here, isn't it? She's meeting a new professor in Bern Hochschule tomorrow so lets see how it goes..
