I have been lurking around the forum for a couple of months now, should have done this earlier but well, better late than never
We (my wife, our two sons 7 and 1 years old and myself) are planning to move to Zurich late April-beginning May. I have accepted a permanent position so hopefully this is a long term move. We currently live in the US but are originally from Pakistan. (Don't have green cards/ US nationalities except for our youngest so hopefully will avoid a lot of FATCA-related issues!!)
I must say that this forum has been very very useful in addressing a lot of our concerns/queries regarding every aspect of our move. A big thanks to all the people who regularly reply to all the different threads !! Still have a few questions though which I will post in the appropriate sections.
And now back to waiting for work permit approval (fingers crossed
).
