New to forum but leaving CH

We have been living in Zurich area for nearly two years now, in Horgen, but are leaving CH now for the US...which is home.
I have read english forum many times but unfortunately never took the time to register until now. I just finished registering now and look forward to contributing in the next few weeks and also listing our furniture as we will be selling most of it.
