Bonjour! :)

Hi

It's been a month in Lausanne and feels great. Am doing my PhD in Trinity College Dublin and have come here for 3 months for my project work. Am an Indian national and have some plans of traveling around Switzerland...

I visited Zermatt recently and would also like to visit St. Moritz/Bernina Pass and Interlaken. The train tickets are super expensive (that's what I found when I went to Zermatt). I was thinking of planning to go on a drive via this places as I have a special 50% discount when booking rental car (Europcar) via EPFL... But I need atleast 3-4 people to make the journey economical... We can plan this trip any weekend in next month or so...

Anybody interested!

Cheers

Anuj

Do you know that you can go to your local "Mairie" and ask for a "carte communale". You pay 40 CHF and can travel anywhere around Switzerland for the day, using trains, buses, boats and cable cars. Beat this value in the U.K. or Ireland!
