I have been in Ticino for going on four years and have finally stumbled upon this forum. Rather late than never...

Home is Namibia and I am fortunate enough to escape the cold Swiss winters every year and 'fly south' for more sun shine in Africa.

I really love Switzerland but must say that after all this time I have still not been able to break the social barrier and make many local friends. I like to blame my job rather than my personality for that

Live in Cadenazzo, 25 years old...

Should probably mention that I spend my 'working days' riding a bicycle, so anyone needing advice about two wheels is more than welcome to ask me.

I have only done a superficial search, but seems to me as if there are not many members on this forum living in Ticino. Hope I'm not right...

Good morning! Have the feeling I have seen posts from Ticino or Tessin in the Forum several times. Try 'Searching' a few Ticinese place names like Locarno. Hope you find someone nearby. Posting is great fun but meeting up with someone would probably be a plus.
