Welcome! Basel very easy to getting to know: is designed as one very big spiral. Man must start at beginning in train station. There is stop for airport bus, very easy to find. Here begin start of spiral. Then man must walk to right hand side, forwards, ever forwards. Follow road. In end, man will end in France. Then you have too far. After that is Germany. This definitely too far. Finally you are in Swiss again. You will exhausted, but very happy, like romp with goat. Many shops are there on way. Buy bread, butter, shoes and so on in these shops. Also washing up liquid. Many things can man buy in the emporia of Basel! But only when shops open. Other times man must make do with content of larder. Perhaps you have salami there. Perhaps merely a piece mouldy cheese. But no matter! The shop open soon once again and victuals refreshed. Also there are many shop in France. Also in Germany. These shop cheap but not Swiss quality. May be the salami smell of garlic. But some can these things easily put up. Depend on tongue, no? I wish you many good time in Basel. Is city like no other, especially not New York.
