Hello I am a filipino studying currently in Europe and I am looking at the possibility of doing my MSc thesis in Lausanne. Firstly, I would like to know how much is it for a student to live comfortably in Lausanne? I have seen some estimates over the internet but I really wanted to ask primarily to a fellow filipino. Secondly, I would like to know the way of living in Lausanne. I really have no idea about Switzerland, and one of my motivation is to eventually pursue a PhD there. I appreciate any replies!
EPFL estimates you'd need around CHF23,500 a year.

You may be able to do it a little cheaper, but the Swiss authorities will be looking for a figure pretty near to that before they'd grant you a student permit to study here.

You apply at the nearest Swiss embassy/consulate to where you're living.

Hello!
Still passing by from time to time, but as most posts are for Pinoys in Swiss-German part, hard to link up. I'm in the Lausanne-Vevey area kasi 😊 welcome to CH & happy RP Independence Day!

Hey guys! My friend and I will be in Basel this weekend to meet another Filipina. We would love to meet new people who can show 2 directionally challenged Filipinas the way to a nice cafe, or where the bars are, or go dancing with us on Saturday night.

I'm from Quezon city and my friend is Ilocana.

PM me!

The Filipina we're meeting is from the US. So make that 3 lost Filipinas
