I am a 21-year old Filipina and I arrived here a month ago. Things are going well so far, and it definitely became better when I stumbled into this site. Glad to read something I could completely understand. This is really good!
Hope to hear from anyone of you. Any Filipinos out there too? | | | | | WELCOME TO SWITZERLAND!
Hope you find success here and happiness.

Hello mga Kabayan! I live in Grenzach-Wyhlen for over a month now. Malapit lang kami sa Basel. Until now wala pa kong nakikitang Kabayan dito, siguro dahil di naman ako palalabas. Kamusta naman kayo? I'm happy to see this thread!

Hello everyone,
I just moved to Zurich at the beginning of this month and was wondering if there are other fellow Filipinos in the area. Would be great to get to know a Filipino network here and maybe speak Tagalog from time to time. Let me know and we can meet up.
Gene

Hello to the Filipino community! This would be my very 1st time to work abroad as a registered nurse, never expected that I will finally set foot in Switzerland! Being a 25-year old, I feel anxious what to expect, especially in Zurich. Care to enlighten me? |

Mabuhay sa lahat ng mga pinoy!
I was looking around and ended up registering because of this thread...
As a newbie, a small intro… I’ve been living here in Zürich for 11 years now with my wife and two daughters. I’m a telecoms engineer and my wife is an English teacher by profession. We’ve got two daughters in primary school.
We know quite a bunch of Filipinos here in Zürich. We got to know most of them through church, and small gatherings (including "sabit-sabit").
If someone needs some help or information, we’ll try our best to support you. PM us (me) if necessary.
Pinoy, mabuhay ka!
