Newbies in Nyon

Hello everyone

My wife and I are in the process of moving to Switzerland from the UK as she has a new job in Nyon. We are currently staying in Nyon but should be moving to an apartment in Begnins soon.

We would love to meet up with other expats in the area

Welcome.

If you are into Rugby (or even the other sport) there is usually a good crowd of multinationals at the Bulls pub in Gland and Fishermans in Nyon for the big fixtures such as six nations etc.

That's good to know. My wife is Irish and I'm English, so there's always one fixture we look towards each year, and we both love the 6 Nations. It's the last match this year.

We have already seen the Fishermans and figured the rugby would be on in there. Will check out the Bull though, as that will be closer for us in Begnins

It's from the same owner. They also have a wine bar in Nyon
