I am not new in Basel, but new to the English Forum (although I was secretly reading messages in these months, and I would like to thank everybody because I found loads of great tips and information).

So, yes, I live in Basel, and quite pleased to be here especially in the last days since the sun is out again (originally, I come from the warm Mediterranean area )
