Joining the community that already helped me a lot

Hi all,

As most of you already know, whenever you try to find something useful about Switzerland in English, you'll end up here. I ended up here so many times that today I started wondering why I'm not a member yet. So here I am.

I'm soon-to-be 37 IT guy who came here from Serbian branch of my company to be here to apologize to client whenever something doesn't work, to promise new features just around the corner and to try to make them happen. I've been visiting the area for years, but I'm here (in La Tour-de-Peilz) for two years already, and my family (wife and son) joined me few months after my arrival.

Right now I frankly have no idea how useful member of the community I can and I will be here, but I guess I can give a try. I even read the "Please read this Information" stuff

Looking for: info about local travel, spas and good beer, then some paperwork info, interesting concert announces, and whatever else pops up.

See you..

Hi medjutim, welcome. You sound like fun
So to apologize to clients of your company whenever something doesn't work is a full time job that needs someone here permanently, eih?

Welcome to the forum. You'll probably be surprised by how much you may already know that you can pass on to other folks coming here to find answers to their questions.
