New(ish) to forum

Good morning all, I thought it was time I gave a little introduction.
I joined the forum about 2 months ago, was lurking about for a while before that. I found you through the google, was looking for info in english on topics for Switzerland. I've found a lot of useful information here and would like to thank you all for contributing.
About me, I'm an Irishman who has been living on the mainland for the last 8 years or so, arriving in Zürich at the start of this year. I'm liking it so far, and my German is slowly getting more li's on the ends, much to the entertainment of my freinds in Austria and Germany. I'm really looking forward to the plus degrees again so I can be out on my bikes (petrol and human powered). For the moment, mulled wine and melted cheese will pass the winter.

For petrol-based fun, ask to join the International Motorbike Crew Switzerland (IMCS) on Facebook. They lean towards racing, but its a good group, mostly based in Zurich.
