Really depends on what you want/need to know. If you're Romanian/Bulgarian then best to wait a few more months for the restrictions to be lifted.

Otherwise as an EU national you can be here for up to 3 months as a tourist to look for work. If you don't find it in that time period and want to stay longer then you'd need to register as a resident to get a job seeker L permit for another 3 months providing you have sufficient funds to support yourself with.
