New in Thalwil

Hello people,

I moved to Thalwil and Switzerland 6 months ago already but it took me some time to find this forum. It's really beautiful here with a very high standard of living and I love it.
I work in science and outside work, I like football, basketball, travelling and collecting.

See you around.

Mostly commemorative coins and CDs. Don't have a large collection or anything, it's still pretty new.

Re: New in Thalwil

Welcome to the Forum and to Switzerland. Thalwil is a lovely place indeed.
I see that you like basketball .
The grasshopper Zurich have a section for players over 30 who want to get back in the game. It’s called MaxiBasket.

They train a couple of times a week in good gyms and have fun together. You can check this link and send an email- in English if you’re not fluent in German.
The guy in charge of the MaxiBasket will get in touch with you and give you all the details for a couple of trials and if you like it you can join.

Enjoy Summer - whenever it comes…

Hi and welcome to the forum, and Thalwil!

What is it that you collect? Perhaps our collections might intersect ...

Hi araqyl.

As I said before, I don't have a large collection or anything but every month I like to spend 100-200 franks or so to buy staff. That would be CDs (most of which I keep sealed), books, commemorative coins, etc.
