Just wanted to say hello to everyone, have been lurking for a few weeks but now that I've finally moved to Zurich decided its time to introduce myself.

Am over here just finishing my PhD in IR (still in UK uni) before starting my postDoc in Zurich. So much of my time is spend reading and writing lots of stuff, but would be great to get to know more people here. Am into hiking, chilling out, socialising, yoga, art and culture, international affairs (a bit of a geek on that one - and a bit of a BBC world service junky) and all sort of random stuff. I've lived in a few other countries in the past so looking forward to make a new life in Zurich since will be here for a while.
