Schaffhausen hash house harriers

Hi all,

just wanted to let all you fun loving joggers and walkers in Swiss cyberland know that we set up a new hash group in Schaffhausen recently and we welcome anyone that wants to give it a go

we also got a big pan Euriopean event planned in July

next biweekly events is next Thursday May 3rd meeting at the Schaffhausen train station at 19:00 ( 7 pm)

We are not Commercial, more social and "not for profit" , anyway of getting our event on the Calander like the Basel hash ?

We meet forthnightly , next meet is this Thursday 3rd May

Log in.

Click "Calendar" near the top centre of the page.

Then click the appropriate link at the bottom right of the Calendar page.

And follow the instructions.

When I looked the "new post" selection , I was somewhat perturbed to find the thread-name visible was displayed as :
"Schaffhausen hash house..." and was looking forward to an intriguing read. You can imagine my disappointment on finding something else entirely...

I think you just have to post a certain number of times before you can add events. Just keep chatting for a bit. There'll be some kind of FAQ somewhere in the events section with more details...

@Captain Pugwash: I've moved it from Commercial to Social. Pretty soon, you will qualify to posts Calendar events yourself. Finally, pretty please, do not create it as a recurring event.

Please start a HHH group down here Nr the border with Liechtenstein. Loads of our transatlantic friends work at Hilti so I am sure a group would go well. Or, tell me how to set one up.

Hi Filton,

We could do a Schaffhauen away hash in Liechtenstein to get you started, and if enough internationals show up and like it then you are up and running, just need a few fun lovin jogging/walking beer drinking types.

There rules are

I always liked the Zurich Hasher's motto of "we're a drinking club with a running problem"

Will probably be hooking up with those chaps after Saturday's Sola run.
