New from Edinburgh

Hi there,

i'm new here of course. Me and my family are thinking of moving to Switzerland, i was out there last week for an interview and it seems like a beautiful country.

Cetainly not as windy in Switzerland as Edinburgh!

At the moment though we seem to have enough rain to give Glasgow a run for it's money!

Agreed, the weather isn't great BUT there loads of stuff going on especially during the festival. And theres a big student population so there are a plenty of pubs to choose from. And of course the setting is fantastic with castle right in the middle of the city. Even better for a night out is Glasgow which is 40mins away by train.

Cheers
