A big official Hello!

Hi Everyone,

My name is Mimi. I am new to the forum however, I have been here in CH for quite some time now...(9 years - where does the time go!).. always based in Zurich...

I was born in Vietnam and through history and circumstances, my family and I ended up in the States after the Vietnam War. I am an East Coast girl, through and through....but with a love and respect for the full international community...

through a bit of luck with my professional career, I have had the chance to live and experience many different countries and culture over three continents...

I enjoy positive and happy people, good food, and lively chats!...I adore the cinema, love cooking and would like to improve my skills on my motorbike (the summer is slipping away...did we really have a summer!?!??)...

A fellow EF-er recommended that I make an introduction (thank you!), so I am...and I would also like to extend my thanks for the feedback, advice and support that I have already received on EF, especially as a newbie!

I hope to also share my experience, opinions and knowledge with both the new and the old...see you all around on the Forum, and perhaps in the social events in Zurich.

Best,
M.

Re: A big official Hello!

Hi
I also tried to say hi as a newbie, but unfortunately, my hello was viewed as a commercial...because I posted our shop website. Anyway, Hello to you and congratulations on introducing yourself correctly:-) Hopefully, I will be accepted once I begin again

Hey Mimi, welcome to the EF! Great intro, and good to hear you're a 'veteran' of Switzerland - you'll have heaps of tips to share with the rest of us!

Get yourself along to a Social Event - they're great fun!
