As per title, I have a combo for sale that consists of Tp-link Archer C7 (2x USB, wifi AC, 5x 1GBPS ports) + a USB LTE modem (Huawei E3372).
I used this with Salt and their unlimited internet as main internet at home (as normal internwet with WIFI).
Router has OpenWRT installed meaning that plenty of packages can be added (for example I used it as home NAS with pendrive / memory stick as storage with DLNA server installed).
It can also have a VPN client installed meaning that you can used TV streaming from your country (eg. BBC).
