Live in or live out au pair wanted

Hi,
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and nice au pair to take care of our two girls of almost 4 and 7 years old around 30h week. We are looking for someone who genuinely likes to be with children and who does not smoke. Ideally speaking either fluent English or French. We live close to Nyon. We can offer you own room and bathroom if you want to live with us. We are an easy-going young family and look someone to stay with us for a longer period.
If you want to know more, please send me a message to discuss this further.
Thanks, Sanni

Just as a heads up, have you checked the laws on what qualifies as an au pair and the rules regarding hours, languages and living arrangements? There are loads of threads on the subject on here.

It's a veritable minefield.

Are you sure you're able to replace the nanny you seem to have at the moment with an au pair?
They're only allowed to work for a maximum of 30 hours, half of which has to be when one of the hosts is present, they have to attend language classes at your expense, and I seem to recall there being a rule about the au pair not speaking the local language as the main point is for them to learn it!

Take Sandgrounder's advice and check out the numerous other threads.

Also see this for the differences between a nanny/domestic helper and an au pair.

Also check that your canton allows you to have an au pair. I remember reading on the forum here some years ago that a B permit holder wasn't allowed to hire one in their canton, only C permit holders were allowed to do so.
