I have made a website, which I would like to convert into an app. It is currently in php and mysql, but happy enough to change it into whatever - it is pretty basic, just a few pages. Sadly, I began making websites in the mid 90s, and my websites still look like we are in the mid 90s!

I would be looking for someone who could jazz up the website, and convert the content into app format for iOS and Android - the concept and structure is all done already, just need someone to put it together and make it look pretty.

Does anyone have these sort of skills - what sort of money would you be looking for...maybe you can send me a PM and we can have a chat, and if we are in agreement, you can have a look at the link to the prototype I made.

Sorry for the necro on this. I now have a bit more time to invest in it, so looking for a suitable app developer, if anyone's keen.


Again, I have the basic layout setup, and just need it converted into a shiny app with a nice UI.

Look at Fiverr or Upwork for a cheap developer with a good track record.

I've used Upwork for mobile apps before, and got some excellent East European/Russian guys.

Have used both Upwork and Fiverr in the past.

For anything remotely complex (as this definitely is) I would recommend going staying far, far away from Fiverr and Freelancer.com - far too much low-quality noise.

With Upwork, you can at least rest assured that some of the potential candidates on the site know what they are doing. Whether you want to support their way of doing business is an entirely different story however...
