The role:
after a client has been won by sales, you come in. you will work together with the sales rep in order to keep the customer happy (e.g. upsell, prevent churn). your responsibilities and duties include many different things. you will manage the clients' 'campaigns', meaning that you are in charge of data analysis, have customer contact and take care of administrative stuff like changing the ads on our site. some of this happens manually, other times you have to set up rules within the system so it can happen automatically. sometimes all of this is very easy. other times its super challenging. you also accompany our sales-rep on client meetings. No cold calling!

Your profile:
The role is a mix of many different industries with many different tasks. the only must haves are fluent german and french (oral & writing). decent english is also a must.
experience in the following fields are all nice-to-haves: sales, account management, customer service (inside and outside), recruiting, online marketing (ppc, google adwords, etc), data analysis.
further you have to be comfortable with talking to clients on the phone and in person and you have to be comfortable in a fast moving environment.
