Re: How to annoy a nerd

Only arcade game I ever played on a machine start to finish was Alien Storm ... I especially liked the 'shooting gallery' style play when you entered shops, it was a great two-player game that a mate and I knocked over together! Can't remember how much it cost us ... but after that we played games on our computers or consoles at home ... much cheaper!

In case you don't remember Alien Storm ...

And not an attractive one amongst the lot....sigh. No wonder us nerds get so little traction with the norms.

OMG OMG OMG... I... I...

First I was like

Then I was like

Not totally sure how I feel about a remake, even with the original director. Some things should be left untouched. But... OMG BLADE RUNNER WAS ON THE SWISS NEWS!

Heh, some funny ones there!

So, a remake of Blade Runner? Not sure how I feel about it either ... is he sure he doesn't want to make a sequel, and guarantee that it's pathetic?

Re: How to annoy a nerd

Finally, its here.
Deus Ex : Human Revolution

The first game in the series was one of the most brilliant games ever made.
One of the first few which really got me interested into FPS / RPG.

And the reviews seem to point in the same general direction.

And, its available on the PC.

After having my computer almost dying on me this weekend, I have only one thing to say:
